Below Zero - Intimate Studies
Working at −3°C in the recent cold snap in Jan ‘26 forced me to slow down, to stay close to two small ponds, and to give it more time than I normally would. In doing so, I noticed how much reveals itself when we stop rushing — delicate structures, quiet relationships, subtle moments that only emerge through patience. The experience became a reminder that this way of seeing isn’t just useful in photography, but in life generally.
